Pachydermoperiostosis is a disease, characterized by the presence of pachydermia, periostosis and finger clubbing. The condition that was inherited as an autosomal dominent trait affects males more often than females, and os first evident during
adolescence.
We experienced a case of pachydermoperiostosis, and reviewed those cases reported already in the literature.
